Overview:

Join superheroes Batman (Robert Lowery) and Robin (John Duncan) as they help Commissioner Gordon (Lyle Talbot) battle The Wizard, a villainous madman who steals a top-secret remote device allowing him to control all the moving vehicles in Gotham.
